Following completion of a competitive tender Caspian Offshore Construction LLP have been awarded a contract by Dragon Oil (Turkmenistan) Ltd. (DOTL) to perform scrap removal services on A&D Platforms in Turkmenistan waters of the Caspian Sea.

Earlier this year Blue Water Shipping/Caspian Offshore Construction (COC) consortia was awarded a contract by Tengizchevroil Future Growth Project - Wellhead Pressure Management Project for provision of a Harbour Tug to operate in the vicinity of the Prorva Channel and in the COF in the North Caspian Sea.

Caspian Offshore Construction is delighted to announce the award of a contract  by North Caspian Operating Company NV (NCOC) for mobilization, operation and maintenance of the passenger/cargo carrying Hovercraft Caspian Falcon, formerly known as Suna X.

Roundtable discussion with one of the main topics being “Problem of merchant shipping development and training of marine specialists in the RoK” had taken place in Astana on May 30, 2018. The event was attended by senior officials from the State Transport Committee, Transport Prosecutor’s Office, Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as by representatives of educational institutions, leading shipping companies and operators of major offshore oils and gas projects.

The program for the construction of six ASD tugs under a contract signed in June 2017 between Caspian Offshore Construction LLP and De Hoop Lobith Shipyard, was successfully completed in record-breaking time.

As part of the soon to be completed new build program with DeHoop Shipyard in Holland, COC have participated in a naming ceremony for two new build ASD tugboats Raiymbek Batyr and Nauryzbay Batyr, which took place in the Rotterdam Harbour on the 22nd May this year.

On 13th May 2018 Caspian Offshore Construction site team have successfully completed removing sea fastenings from the first Pre Assembled Rack (PAR) Module, which had arrived at the Cargo Offloading Facility in Prorva.

On the 22 November 2017 SemArco LLP, a joint venture between Semurg Invest (Kazakhstan) and Archirodon (Greece), and Caspian Offshore Construction LLP have signed a Letter of Intent for provision of the Living Quarter Barge Shkotov to support SemArco CaTRo canal maintenance operation in the North Caspian. Duration of the contract shall be three years plus one year in Charterer’s option.

On November 2 – 4, 2017,  “Turkmenneft” State Company together with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan carried out the XXII International Conference and International Exhibition “Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan-2017” in the city of Ashgabat.

Caspian Offshore Construction LLP has once again attended in the NEVA International Exhibition held this year in St Petersburg, Russia.

The trainees of the Young Navigators Club of the Tupkaragan district took winning places at the Sailing Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Aktau team won  silver medals at the RoK Sitting Volley Cup for athletes with lesions of the musculoskeletal system.

The "Caspian" Volleyball Club trainees became the overall champions of the competitions in all age categories.

Following lengthy tender process Caspian Offshore Construction have now been awarded a five year high value contract by Dragon Oil Turkmenistan for provision of two Diving Support Vessels.  Both vessels will operate in Turkmenistan waters of the Caspian Sea.
